Mission Statement
The K-12 Education pod will connect educators--formal and informal--to classroom resources needed to support the climate change crisis education of California’s students.
We are a group of teachers, students, and other community leaders dedicated to increasing awareness of our current climate crisis within schools through engaging, interactive curriculum and resources. Our goal is to make the topic of climate change addressable and make it easy for educators to implement climate science into their lesson plans.
A Powerful Combination
A positive relationship between educators and students is vital to facilitate a collaborative environment full of growth. By having both educators and students work together to vet curriculum, we can create a comprehensive, engaging curriculum for all ages.
